Markus,
if this may be related to a separate backup/restore problem that I am
seeing on one of my databases.
Or to put it another way. I am wondering whether, if the FKs are
created first, and then the offending indexes are created - do I get
into a position where the existing database will operate but the
backup/restored version will be corrupt because of this problem.
