Yes, the current project is a delphi3 application.
Yes, I think of writing under X-Windows with a GUI tool.
The reason is, I think writing with a GUI saves time on desinging the
Interface.

Of course I want the application to be able run under all linux
distrubitions.

As an extra info, I tried running windows binaries with WINE emulator under
Mandrake linux, and I was surprised to see that it works to some extent.

Of course some applications that need BDE doesn't work because there's no
BDE for linux.. Maybe there won't be any need to re-write the application
some time in future??
