It's a glitch which is the product of two errors raised to the
power of a third. The exponential problem is that the same code
is used to locate libraries that are part of InterBase - things
that may or may not exist, but are of interest to the Y-valve if
they're found - interfaces to Rdb/VMS, Oracle, a pipe server ...
The same code locates those libraries and locates the UDF library
and the internationalization library. Another error is that
the code that checks for the correct source for UDFs is applied
to other libraries, causing incorrect errors. Finally, the
incorrect errors are logged.

It will be fixed today.
