I wish that was it.

The pagefile was set to 1000 megs during testing. I raised it to 4095,
rebooted, and received the exact same error.

Any other suggestions/research I can implement?

OK, then the problem is not in the engine. Do you have an adequate
PAGEFILE.SYS?
