You can't. The feature is not implemented. FK integrity is checked as you
push the data on the server.

Using some of the ODBC drivers for IB, I guess. I don't know how compatible
are the different Xbase flavors as to suggest a Dbase solution.
Otherwise, dump the tables as fixed length fields and read them through IB's
external tables feature.
