How about I sponsor the implementation of the RETURNING ... INTO ...
capability? IBO sales are slumping some, presumably due to the slumping
economy, but I would really like to have some umph put behind this. I'd pay
at least $1,000 for this to be implemented.

This is one sure thing that would set Firebird apart from InterBase and with
IBO I would immediately make it a feature that will benefit a lot of
people...
