network stuff to the server, my LocalHub picks that up again
without any problem. The difficulty is purely in the fact
that the LOCAL loopback is being upset in W2k when it is not
in NT4. On my existing NT4 setup the connection can be
plugged in and out repeatedly, and LOCAL TCP/IP IB/FB
continues unaffected, W2k fails as soon as the first hickup
is 'detected' by the OS. That is the problem I want to fix
if I am going to be able to use W2k in the field.
