I believe that the V4 prefix applies to InterBase V4 or later. The
ANY prefix would affect V3 and earlier as well.

The lock print tool shows the effect of the lock parameters
(table size and hash table size).

Most of the parameters have minimum and maximum values and
anything set outside that range is ignored. If you specify
a directory for UDFs, external tables, or sort files and the
directory doesn't exist, sort will use the system temp directory
and the others will fail.
