An unexpected internal error is called a "bugcheck" for reasons going
far back into history. When a connection encounters one of the "bugcheck"
errors, it is marked as corrupt and every action it takes thereafter
will return the error above. In all cases, there was an earlier error.
Check interbase.log (or interbas.log) in the install directory - you'll
see the "can't continue" errors and immediately before them there should
be an error will help us diagnose the problem
