Subject Re: ISC Error Destination HOST not reachable
10.* is one of those IP segments .. that's right, but the server
should only be reachable insight of the network.

But at least I found the solutions.
In the /etc/xinetd.d/gds_db file was restriction: only from hosts I changed this to the new IP range and now it works.
