I had the same problem recently.
May be you forget to set -classpath C:\Program Files\Interbase
Corp\InterClient\interclient.jar(path to your driver) in your program?
What error did you get during your program running?
On Jbuilder - check the Enterprise Tools\Drivers tab - interclient.library
must be there.
