One of my customers is getting this error message on a new Windows ME
box when trying to run my application:

Error opening database
Vendor initialization failed
cannot load IDAPI service library
File: GDS32.dll

This is using Firebird, using BDE with SQL Links, developed with BCB4.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
