I thought I'd reproduced Marcos's bug, but it turns out
I was just being an idiot. I knew I was getting the wrong
sum, but had not realized that there are duplicate values
in P.ID_ALOJ_GLP, which cause the sum from the join to be
greater than the original sum.

So I'm back at square 1 and need to ask Marcos about the
view definition of V_ALOJ_GALPAO_PEGOS.
