Hi all,

I finished the port of FDB to Python 3 and to merge it with upstream P2K
code

all tests seems ok

but certainly need some clean up
and I "broke" P2K code by adding a default charset to utf8 instead of none

next step : review by Pavel or other and commit it into mainstream svn
