Many thanks for your information about the future of firebird support
for python. For a firebird subproject i think it is a good plan to
concentrate on firebird support only. I'm not sure if implementation
in pure python is necessary but we will see how this turns out.
I'm willing to help at least with testing pre-releases, as i want to
make sure that firebird support for Dabo is working for future versions.

Please keep posting new information here.
