OK ... I've got ibtest.php running on PHP7 ... almost.

First problem is that the resource link is not currently optional which
explains why the main code base is still working. ADOdb always includes
the connection link.

The final step also fails 'unsuccessful metadata update object PHP_TEST
is in use' despite the previous commit completing OK.

I'm still runnng an older build of PHP7 and thenext step is to update to
a more current build, but I'm not sure I actually want some of the
features they have voted in. Type hints only make sense if they actually
hint at the ACTUAL value, not some limited sub set :(
