Been reworking the bitweaver framework to remove all the E_STRICT warnings ...
A complete waste of time as far as I am concerned and it's resulted in a LOT of
extra code simply because you can't use a function both 'statically' and
'dynamically' so you end up duplicating functions :(

That and checking everything out with PHP5.4 ... and clearing the latest
intrusion scares.

Not needed saveLayoutForUser or saveLayoutAsDefault yet so I'd not 'hit' them.
Nothing in user_dashboard at all at the moment ;)
UPDATE OR INSERT just been applied to my copy ...
