The controller in dashboard dir, has it for the saveLayoutForUser and saveLayoutAsDefault functions, core/session/savehandler/dbtable.php write function and plugins/languagemanager/api.php setLanguageForUser function.
These are in obvious spots so I thought use you may have performed a generic translation elsewhere like the sql.php or the schema's firebird.php. Have I trip myself up again? :-)
