Found a missed value to a_value switch while working on the test suite.

BeyondCompare seems to be having a little trouble with the SVN keyword filtering
which is tagged by $Id:$ and was taking $id as a 'start' for the rule which is
where the missing } got wrapped, but having fixed the rule, now I'm getting more
agro from the white space differences. Hence the extra couple of modes in this
patch :(

and I'll take stock of things and update the TODO list with those things that I
need to restore which are currently bypassed. One thing that I thing needs
fixing is passing strings with '00' values to a blob via the Firebird zend
driver. I don't thing that is currently functional, but I've not investigated yet.
