OK it looks like that was the only one. Beyond Compare is being a little too
clever when it ignores 'unimportant' changes but on the whole it is doing the
right thing. The original piwik codebase has a lot of 'extra' white space, which
I was 'ignoring', but now I will tidy that up as I edit those files.

Just pulled a few pore commits to the main codebase, some extra features, but
also a fix which would have helped me when 'unserialize' failed ;) Which
happened often while I was debugging ...
