I've updated all the failing tests on
http://gcov.php.net/viewer.php?version=PHP_5_3&func=tests so they are skipped.
Doesn't fix the problems, but the main one is using :xx parameter names in the
SQL, and I don't think pdo_firebird actually handles that? It would be nice if
we had an up to date manual on what does and does not work here :)
