I've got a setup working where I can investigate the source code test phpt files ...

On the interbase driver I understand the two failures listed, 003 and 006, and
I'm just waiting on a bit of feedback to add some history.

However test 007 is listed as failing on
http://gcov.php.net/viewer.php?version=PHP_5_3&func=tests but working fine here,
but I'm getting intermittent failures of 008, the event testing procedure. Not
sure how to check that as I don't use events myself.

PDO is another area ... many of the tests are simply not configured to run with
firebird ... about to work through them now.
