Make sure you are looking at the right ibase.h - That file is not included in
the versions of FB I've got here, so I suspect tthat you are seeing the archaic
interbase version that is still bundled with php :( I've deleted any copy so I
can't check ...

--with-interbase="c:\<firebird directory>" should work ( on windows you will
need the "" if you have a space in the directory name - that particular M$ screw
up still messes up things. I don't put things in 'program files' simply to avoid it!
