Well I've got 32 bit PHP up and running with MantisBT and PostgreSQL...
Not quite sure why I chose 32 bit, though.

Great! I've got VS 2008 standard, but probably didn't install C++.
Wouldn't be too difficult add it, though.

Now, where's the time I need to do this?? Hmm...
