Not a very friedly statement, i'd said

Use fbclient_ms.lib + fbclient.dll from Firebird installation for your
own development and add note in your documentation that official
Firebird binaries is not supported by PHP team as was not build
with VC9.

Even if you insist on include your own build of fbclient.dll into
your package, above allows you to not wait until VC9 build arrives
and continue development\QA\etc (except of final release)
