I started installing windows 2008 server r2 (next 2009/10 server) on
virtualbox / kvm+qemu
all went ok until the visual c++ 2008 install, i had an some weird
.net 3.5 error
seems that i have to install the old windows 2008 server
or an winxp or windows7
