No. I tested by storing pdf files (written through Delphi) and accessed through PHP. This is working.

But when I created data (text) through FlameRobin, with sub type 0, it was displaying [BINARY] and with sub type 1, nothing was coming. Also noticed that with sub type 1, when you enter data through FlameRobin, nothing is getting stored in the db (or I am not able to see anything).
