ps:seems that politics won on php.net (ibm/sun/oracle/m$) and they really
want to kill firebird driver
and push their own PDO drivers

this is an sad and sorrow day , php and firebird combo
works too well and now that there applications like phpbb3/jaws/bitweaver
makes me think that something is rotten in
php community
