Hi:

I have developed a APP called Datapool using C# & firebird which
merges data from different databases (at the moment Access, XML) into
GDB.

I would like to develop this app into web based app where users (from
different parts of the world) can setup source and destination
databases' path by the way of IP addresses and merge them accordingly
to a central location.

How to go about it?
What are the best ways?
What are the best development tools that I can use?

Would appreciate any help or suggestions.
