Actually the right place for it is *IN* the php manual
Just add it to http://php.net/manual/en/function.ibase-set-event-handler.php
in the comment, with a note in the get event
That way the php people will see firebird activity and newbies will have
it straight away ( If they read the manual :)

( And I'll be having a play myself some time
- it could be useful now ;) )
