I'm not sure if I am missing something here?
Just to be sure, you need disk images of Fedora. These will
be files with *.iso extension approximatelly 600 to 700MB.
I think Fedora will have 4 or more of them.

In Nero:
1. File
2. Open ; dialog will show up, select "Files of Type":
Image Files. Locate you *.iso file
3. Another dialog will show up
4. click "Burn"

Repeat 1-4 for all *.iso files.
