It's very different, by doing the first option ypu have a perfect image of
the original, included the eltorito section of CD where the files for
booting reside!

In the old edition of fedora you had a isolinux folder that contains all the
file for boot, you can see theem with your 2 option but they don't be burnt
in the right position...
