Anybody else having problems once again with the PHP lists.
I've been trying to post a link to the new Data Archive for a few people
who were asking about UK Postcode data, but nothing of mine has appeared
in the last 12 hours.

I know the lists are badly managed, so they may just be messed up again
which is a pain for such a popular support list.
