I've run the same list of fixes identified from site, without any
problems. Updating the site W2k to the latest windows updates retains
problem, but

Been there - all seem the same between a working and non working machine
on the site.

No access to internet - getting Windows fixes is bad enough, but I
haven't been able to rule that one out yet. ( Can't see Google Bar -
Helen )

Simply does not make any sense, but having demonstrated that Mozilla is
fine, the IT department is now having to show why they want to stick
with IE ;) and the ball has been put in their court :)
