All I can say that some people (who run FB1.0 on other Windows without
problems) told me that they have problems running it on W2003. However,
the problem lies in php_interbase.dll file, so I don't think it's
Firebird problem. (I don't have any W2003, so I can't check it myself)

sourceforge, so I'm cc-ing this message there.
