You're welcome, and good to hear it was solved!

With Java 8 update 91 you could have solved the issue by installing the
Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy
Files (that was the method of enabling before Java 8 Update 151).

But upgrading to a newer Java version is a better course of action, of
course. When upgrading an Oracle Java, make sure to take into account
the license change that has been introduced after (or with) Java 8
Update 202, or consider using an OpenJDK variant.

I will also add the error your received to the FAQ, so it is easier to find.
