You can find Jaybird 2.1.2 look in:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/firebird/files/OldFiles/firebird-jca-jdbc-driver/

For Firebird 2.1.2 you might want to browse
https://sourceforge.net/projects/firebird/files/OldFiles/ (eg for
Windows: firebird-win32 or firebird-win64).

However, ask yourself why you need old these old version and if you
really need that specific version. If you need Firebird 2.1, then you'd
probably better use the latest in the 2.1-branch (Firebird 2.1.7), and
for Jaybird 2.1: Jaybird 2.1.6.

Also, the Jaybird version has no relation with a specific Firebird
version. Every released Jaybird version can connect to any Firebird
version, so even if you need Firebird 2.1.2, you don't need Jaybird
2.1.2 (or the other way around).
