No. First of all, there should be no pre-built jaybird-2.2.0.jar in CVS. If there is one, then most likely it is outdated. If you built it yourslelf, then you should use jaybird-2.2.0-full.jar plus the antlr-runtime-3.0.1.jar (and the jaybird22_x64.dll).
