Subject Process name in monitoring tables with Jaybird?
Author Thomas Steinmaurer
Hello Roman,

currently, when querying the MON$ATTACHMENTS table in a Firebird 2.1
database, I don't see the remote process name information for Jaybird
based connections, so it's a bit hard to find out, e.g. which Jaybird
based application has long-running transactions or something like that.

Vlad told me in firebird-support, that even Jaybird could expose the
remote process name. His original post.

Of course. They need to specify isc_dpb_process_name in DPB.
Of course, if remote server is FB 2.1 or higher, i.e. supports protocol
version 11 or above.

Possibly an useful feature for a future Jaybird release?

Thanks!
