Sorry for such big delay, but the issue was not easy. When implementing
the support for insert...returning I made a small mistake in wire
protocol implementation with big consequences (it shifted the position
in the server response). I fixed it last week, but committed only today.
Please give few hours for CVS repository synchronization.
