Hi All,

I made the database that its default character set is SJIS_0208.
Then I create CHAR(1) specified charset ASCII. When using getString
from client (lc_ctype=SJIS_0208),
a length of value is 1-byte in FB 1.0, 1.5. But in FB 2.0 it become
2-byte.

Is there any change in specification ?
