I ran into this as well, at the same time I was having issues with
nested result sets. However I think it was problems in my code. Since I
ran into that issue. I have done several nested result set queries as
part of data pumping between databases.
Have yet to run into it again. However I am pretty sure I can replicate
the above in OO, on Linux. I want to say it's more 1.5 related than
Jaybird 2.x. Since I do not believe I ran into those problems until I
started using 1.5. However my system vm is still 1.4 on gentoo. I think
OO uses that, which complete goes against the 1.5 thing.
Sorry for not providing a test case for when I ran into it in my own
code. I could not easily reproduce, and I could not easily rip out just
those aspects to provide test case. Large db and app :)
However if I can help with debugging the OO issue. I will, just let me
know onlist or off. Thanks

Not sure, but I have seen it before as well.
