Ok, now I checked it again. The issue is related to the Firebird server, not
JayBird. Most likely it is fixed in Firebird 2.0 with new INTL
implementation, but I need to check it before. I will wait for Firebird 2.0
Alpha 3 that contains new INTL code and recheck it again.
