Please include part of the stack trace that contains also org.firebirdsql.*
classes, it might help to identify the issue.

But the best way would be if you send me privately your application (or a
test case), database backup and *-ds.xml where your Firebird datasource is
declared. Something if definitely wrong, and I cannot guess where.
