We have an application that uses Java 1.3 with the
Firebird client and Interbase 6.
We now are up to three customers who report that after
a Windows upgrade in the last two weeks our
application can no longer access Interbase via
Firebird client.
Acts as though it was a wirewall blocking the ports.
Even with firewall off it does not work.
Rolling back the Windows updates and it works again.
Anyone have this problem and know a solution?
If not at least you are advised of a potential
problem.
