The strange thing is: I have a web form for updating the database.
When i write in english, all data is inserted ok. But when I write in
Bulgarian, there is a raw inserted but is empty, no data in?

So i use a manager to manage the database. With it I can write in
bulgarian in the tables. The data is there, but when I try to display
it in the browser, I see only "??????"... aaaaaaaaaaa
