I have a database created with default encoding WIN1250. Mian problem is
that I cannot access it with firebird embedded server. I presume that
this is problem of loading gdsintl.dll. I have put this dll into folder
which is supplied to java.library.path but still no success. Does some
one have larger experience with this? Should this be enough....
The exception is "Cannot transliterate between character sets", athough
I suppluy lc_ctype correctly
