Hi All,
I've been having a lot of fun trying to get
firebird (FirebirdCS-1.0.0 or 1.0.3) to work with
interclient (201) on linux Redhat 8 & 9 ... the error
that I kept getting was that the version of inteclient
and the server where incompatible ... and I couldn't
find anything else nothing in the logs.
But as soon as I installed the compat-libstdc++ rpm
everything is working perfectly. Anyway I wasted a
good deal of time before stumbling on the answer so I
thought I'd share it with everyone.
Will switch to Jaybird eventually but right now I
don't have the nerves for it :-)
thanks + kind regards,
Kaveh
