Hi,
I was thinking about the idea of adding the binaries for jaybirds native
code to CVS. The reason being that i cant see how otherwise it would be
practicle to make the build system able to put together a cross platform
package containing type 2 support.
I was thinking that we could adopt a policy of then removing these binaries
from CVS when any of the native code changes - forcing people to have to
re-build the native libraries for there platform. This way I believe
whenever someone does a check-out from CVS they will either have a current
binary for their platform or no binary at all. I belive CVS will work
correctly for this although not 100% sure.
Does any one have any comments / suggestions regarding this ?
Thanks
Ryan
