I have no problem with the lgpl license.
About the version I vote to create an RC1 version, and wait some time (for instance four weeks) until version 1.0. Because the
last version (beta1) was delivered some months ago, there is a lot of changes to be checked by the users that don't use CVS.
I don't have pending changes at this moment.
